Vegan snack ideas: Stuffed Papayas

One of my favorite snacks to have in the middle of the day are stuffed papayas. I stuff them with fruit and all sorts of goodies. If you want more protein you can top the fruit with nuts and add a pinch of flax seeds to them or put some almond or peanut butter on the side. Sooo delicious!
