Spring is here!

Spring is here which means a few April showers, warm tea, iced tea, good movies and lovely floral blooming! I am excited to get outside and plant some new things!

Zucchini and strawberry plants

We grew some amazing zucchini and strawberry plants and made some scones with strawberries, a casserole and tofu scramble with them.

Found a recipe for vegan zucchini casserole online. 

Tofu scramble with our zucchinis. We also put in turmeric, olive oil, organic tomatoes and onions from our garden as well.

Tea Party

We had a tea party at Tea Time a while back. I love tea and it is great to get together with friends and taste all the delicious flavors there are.
