I love eating our home made salsa with no salt chips or you can toast them a bit and put some sea salt on them. I often slice up an avocado with sea salt, olive oil and lime.
Salsa Recipe:
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 lime (about 2-4 teaspoons)
1-2 chiles depending on how hot you want it!
1/2 cup cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion
In a bowl combine everything, let marinate for a while before you eat so it can soak up the juices!
