A well balanced meal

To get adequate amounts of protein I always pair green veggies with some tofu or beans and some sort of grain like brown rice, bulgar or quinoa and put loads of fresh veggies in. I love making random scrambles where I just look in my fridge and see what is left. This time it was carrots, zucchini from our garden, bok choy, vegan sausages and a few other things. To make tofu taste extra yummy we put some sauce on and marinate then I just put olive oil in a skillet and and sauteed everything an voila! 








I enjoyed this amazing feat with a cup of peach tea. Love peach tea.
