1/2 block of tofu, 1 zucchini, 3 mushrooms, 1/4 bell pepper or more if you like, onions if you like, cut up, sautee for 8 minutes on medium heat, sprinkle some nutritional yeast and garlic powder, salt to taste. Toast some sourdough or whole grain bread and spread some vegan mayo on toast. Cut up some avocado and place it on toast. This is a delicious meal you can eat for breakfast or dinner. |
I made myself some yummy vegan ice cream topped with spekuloos vegan cookies and dark chocolate peanut butter cups. All vegan and all delicious as fuck! Even if you aren't vegan you will love it. Sooo freaking good. I use the cashew milk vegan ice cream from Wholefoods.
